1.Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing followvictor.com, subscribing, joining the Telegram group, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Who We Are
The Service is operated by VBX International LLC, a company registered in the United States ("we", "us", "our"). "Victor The Speculator" is a brand and trading name we use for content creation and privacy. "You" means any visitor, subscriber, or client of the Service.
3.The Service
We provide general educational and informational content about the financial markets. This includes daily market commentary and trade alerts shared via Telegram, access to a transparency portfolio, and optional one-on-one educational consultations. The Service is delivered in part through third-party platforms, including LaunchPass, Telegram, and Calendly.
4.Educational Content Only — Not Financial Advice
Everything we provide is general educational and informational content only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice; it is not a recommendation; and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed professional in any jurisdiction, and nothing in the Service creates an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between us. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Before acting on anything you see, you should conduct your own independent research and consult a licensed financial, legal, and tax professional who knows your personal situation.
5.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where such content or services would be unlawful, and you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
6.Accounts & Access
Access is provided through LaunchPass and Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access secure. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, redistribute, republish, screenshot for distribution, or forward our alerts, content, or portfolio to any other person.
7.Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider via LaunchPass, and they renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change, with notice, for future billing periods. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
8.One-on-One Consultations
We offer optional paid one-on-one educational consultations (for example, a 30-minute video call) scheduled through Calendly. Consultations are general educational discussions only. We will not manage your money, place trades for you, or provide personalized buy or sell instructions for your account, and no ongoing relationship is created by a consultation.
9.Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through LaunchPass. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place or where you fail to attend a booked session.
10.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content, alerts, or portfolio;
- copy, scrape, or use automated means to access or extract the Service;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or
- infringe our rights or the rights of any third party.
11.Intellectual Property
All content, alerts, materials, branding, and the portfolio are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own personal use while your subscription is active. All other rights are reserved.
12.Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties, including LaunchPass, Telegram, Calendly, and payment processors. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, terms, content, or actions. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
13.Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including the loss of all capital invested. Leverage and margin can amplify losses well beyond your initial deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and any results we display reflect our own capital, risk tolerance, and use of leverage — your results will differ and most likely will not match ours. Only risk money you can afford to lose entirely.
14.No Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, timely, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that any outcome, profit, or return will be achieved.
15.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor VBX International LLC, nor our owners or affiliates, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. To the extent we are nonetheless found liable, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17.Conflicts of Interest
We hold positions in the securities we discuss and may buy, sell, or short them at any time without notice. We may also earn compensation through subscriptions, consultations, and affiliate arrangements.
18.Changes, Termination & General
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time; your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
19.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the United States, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
